Abstract: Objective To analyze effectiveness of rectification antimicrobial agent prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department in Shaoxing People's Hospital. Methods To analyze antimicrobial agent prescriptions rate, antimicrobial agent prescriptions pass rate in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2012. Results Antimicrobial agent prescriptions rate decreased from 33.17% to 19.15%, unqualified antimicrobial agent prescriptions rate decreased from 12.22% to 1.98%. Conclusion Prescription quality of antimicrobial agent in outpatient and emergency department, requires joint efforts-doctors, pharmacists, hospitals.
