Abstract

The paper reportes the direct determination of chlorhexidine Acetate Gargle by Second derivative spectrophotometry. The result shows:This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The callbration curve is linear in the range of 50μg/ml to 200μg/ml.γ=0.9997,RSD=0.6%
