Abstract: A dual-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry has been used for the simultaeous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride (1). albacort phosphate (2). gentamicin(3) in wu-ling bt tong nasal drops. The recovery averaged 99.94%. 100.13% and 99.86% for (1), (2) and (3), respectively. The RSD were 0.8%, 0.69% and 0.60%, respeectively. The rationale of the method is simply. Determinatied points can be few. Calculation is not compliated.
