Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of cefazolin with aminophlline and ribavirin in 5% glucose injection solution.METHODS UV spectrophotometric and HPLC was used.RESULTS The content of solution of cefazolin and aminophylline was lower.CONCLUSION Cefazolin shoud not be compatible with aminophylline,and idealy used in 6 hours when compatible with ribavirin.
