Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the synthetic method and technology of fleroxacin material for injection. METHODS This compound was synthesized using 6,7,8-trifluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-ethylcarbonate as material. RESULTS The element analysis,IR,MS and HNMR of synthetic product were comformable to literature,the total yield was 56.3%.The product was identified,its quality accords with injection′s demands. CONCLUSION Fleroxacin material of this technology synthesized accords with injection′s demands,and it can be used for injection′s production.
