- Received Date: 2006-04-05
Abstract: Objective :To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in radix puerariae dripping pills. Methods :The radix puerariae dripping pills were dissolved with 30% alcohol by ultrasonic wave. The puerarin was separated by Kromasil C18 analysis column. The mobile phase was composed of acetonltrile : water = 10 : 90( V/V). The flow rate of mobile phase was 1mL/min. The detection wavelength was UV 250nm. Results :There was a good linearity from 10 μg/mL to 200 μg/mL (r=0.999 8) in separation of puerarin. The average recovery was 100. 76% and the relative standard deviation 1. 12% (n=6). Conclusion :The method is simple and fast, and the results are reliale.
