Abstract: Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Incarvillea mairei var.granditlora(Wehrhahn) Grierson. Methods: Isolation and purification were carried out by macroporous absorption resin and silica gel column chromatography, and twelve compounds were identified by spectral and chemical methods. Results: Twelve compounds were obtained from alcohol extract and were determined as o-hydroxy benzoic acid, palmitic acid, hexacosanoic acid,β-sitosterol,daucosterol,oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, quercetin, vincetoxicoside B,p-hdroxy benzoic acid、3-mthoxy 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid, sgmasterol. Conclusion: All of 12 compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
