Abstract: About half of the drugs in use are chiral,however,that in most cases the pharmacological activity is restricted to one of the enantiomers(eutomer) whereas the other enantiomer(distomer) can be even toxic.The development of Methods for enantioselective analysis became very important for drug quality control.Cyclodextrins(CDs) are the most frequently used chiral selectors in chiral separation and analysis.In this paper,the recently application of cyclodextrin and its derivatives were reviewed,which involved HPLC,GC,CE,MS and SFC.
