Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determination of adenosine in capsule of Chinese Caterpillar Fungus. Methods HPLC was carried out with Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);the Mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(892);the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was 254 nm;the column temperature was 30 ℃;and content calculation was used external standard method. Results The concentration of adenosine in 0.402 4~60.36 μg/ml(r=1) had good linear relationship with peak area;the average recovery was 98.04%(n=6) with RSD of 0.63%. Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and can be used to quality control of adenosine in capsule of Chinese Caterpillar Fungus.
