Abstract: Objective To determination isofraxidin, rosmarinic acid and astilbin content in different artifical cultivated Herba Sarcandrae. Methods Test sample were classified by plant ports of above and below ground ,and determine by HPLC. A Zorbax SB-C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of CH3CN-0.1%H3PO4 (20:80)and CH3CN-0.1%H3PO4(90:10). The gradient elution; detection wavelength was 330 nm and 290nm. Results The content of isofraxidin, rosmarinic acid and astilbin content in different artifical cultivated Herba Sarcandrae and different parts of Sarcandrae were quite different. Conclusion Determination of isofraxidin, rosmarinic acid and astilbin content ,could fully reflect the quality of Sarcandrae. The experimental area of artifical cultivated Sarcandrae have good quality; plant part above ground have a high medicinal value.
