  • Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement for determination of Ceftriaxone by HPLC. Methods The content of Ceftriaxone was determined by HPLC .The mathematical model was established to analyze the source of uncertaint. Results Every component of uncertainty was evaluated through the variable parameters among the procedures . The combined standard uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of all variables. Conclusion The statistical approach of measurement uncertainty established in this paper was reasonable and reliable.
