Abstract
Objective To Optimize the process of prescribing, and ensure the legal utility of electronic prescription. Methods The process of prescribing in the People's Hospital of Shaoxing were analysis. The problems of electronic prescription in practical application were resolved. Results the related processes should be optimizd, and a few appropriate solutions from technical and legal perspective were put forward. Conclusion The relevant laws and regulations should be improved and clarified for prescription without paper and digitization.
