Effects of opioids on MACBAR of inhalational anesthetics

  • 摘要: 近年来,静脉吸入复合平衡麻醉的灵活性和可控性显著提高。本文回顾分析阿片类药物与吸入性麻醉药复合使用的临床文献,对两者相互作用的研究进展进行阐述,重点总结了不同阿片类药物对不同吸入性麻醉药MACBAR的影响特点,为临床合理应用两类药物,使平衡麻醉真正安全有效提供有益的参考。

阿片类药物对吸入性麻醉药MACBAR的影响

摘要: 近年来,静脉吸入复合平衡麻醉的灵活性和可控性显著提高。本文回顾分析阿片类药物与吸入性麻醉药复合使用的临床文献,对两者相互作用的研究进展进行阐述,重点总结了不同阿片类药物对不同吸入性麻醉药MACBAR的影响特点,为临床合理应用两类药物,使平衡麻醉真正安全有效提供有益的参考。
