Research progress of bioactive peptide monocyte locomotion inhibitory factor

  • 摘要: 单核细胞迁移抑制因子(monocyte locomotion inhibitory factor,MLIF)是阿米巴原虫产生的具有抗炎作用的五肽。体内、外研究发现,MLIF可以发挥抗炎和免疫保护作用,对类风湿关节炎、神经损伤、心肌缺血、脑缺血及痴呆具有良好的保护作用。研究证明MLIF通过NF-κB 和MAPK信号通路调节炎症反应和免疫保护。笔者对MLIF的来源和生物活性做一综述。

摘要: 单核细胞迁移抑制因子(monocyte locomotion inhibitory factor,MLIF)是阿米巴原虫产生的具有抗炎作用的五肽。体内、外研究发现,MLIF可以发挥抗炎和免疫保护作用,对类风湿关节炎、神经损伤、心肌缺血、脑缺血及痴呆具有良好的保护作用。研究证明MLIF通过NF-κB 和MAPK信号通路调节炎症反应和免疫保护。笔者对MLIF的来源和生物活性做一综述。
