Progress on S-1 in the treatment of advanced breast cancer

  • 摘要: 替吉奥(S-1)是第三代氟尿嘧啶衍生物的口服抗癌剂,毒副作用小、疗效确切、给药方便。在大量的临床试验及不断的临床应用中,其展示出对晚期乳腺癌(advanced breast cancer,ABC)治疗的良好效果,将来有望成为乳腺癌治疗的一线化疗药物。
