Study on Sini decoction in treatment of hypothyroidism by metabonomic method

  • 摘要: 目的 利用血清代谢组学鉴定甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)相关的代谢变化,评价四逆汤治疗甲减的作用。 方法 将24只大鼠分为假手术组、模型组和四逆汤治疗组,采用甲状腺切除诱导甲减模型,给予4周相应的治疗后,取大鼠血清进行超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC-Q-TOFMS)分析,结合模式识别分析各组间代谢物差异,评价四逆汤的治疗作用。 结果 血清代谢组学分析鉴定了9种甲减相关的生物标志物,涉及三羧酸循环、苯丙氨酸代谢、鞘脂代谢和磷脂代谢,同时数据显示四逆汤对甲减有改善治疗作用。 结论 四逆汤能够通过调节失衡的三羧酸循环、苯丙氨酸代谢和磷脂代谢而发挥治疗甲减的作用。
