Recent advances of inflammatory cytokines in the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis

  • 摘要: 膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)常见于中老年人,是以膝关节痛、肿胀、晨僵为主要特征的慢性退行性疾病,严重影响到患者的运动功能和身体健康。目前仍缺乏其早期诊断及治疗的方法。结合近年来KOA与炎性细胞因子相关性研究,探讨KOA与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-10、IL-17、IL-37等炎性因子的关系,为KOA的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。

摘要: 膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)常见于中老年人,是以膝关节痛、肿胀、晨僵为主要特征的慢性退行性疾病,严重影响到患者的运动功能和身体健康。目前仍缺乏其早期诊断及治疗的方法。结合近年来KOA与炎性细胞因子相关性研究,探讨KOA与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-10、IL-17、IL-37等炎性因子的关系,为KOA的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
