  • 摘要: 纳米粒作为抗肿瘤药物的载体,具有提高药物靶向性、稳定性、降低药物毒副作用等诸多优点。近年来,抗肿瘤药物纳米粒载体研究取得了较大进展,从其制备材料、包载药物及修饰方法3方面进行综述。
