原子吸收分光光度法测定桃花散中朱砂与石膏的含量

摘要: 目的 建立测定桃花散中朱砂、石膏的含量测定方法。方法 湿法消解样品,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定汞和钙含量后换算。结果 加样回收率为(99.8±2.0)%和(99.6±2.2)%。结论 本法操作简便,结果准确精密。可用于桃花散的定量标准。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To determine cinnabar and gypsum in taohua san with atomic absorption spectrometer. METHODS The sample was destroied by pressure tank and moist heat method. RESULTS The average reclamation rates were (99.8±20)% and (99.6±22)% respectively. CONCLUSION The method had high sensitivity,good reappearance.
