Abstract: Pharmacy undergraduate practice was important to improve the professional skills and research capacity of pharmacy undergraduates. Undergraduate practice could let the students practice and consolidate the basis knowledge of pharmacy which was learned in the class, learn and train the basic laboratory skills of pharmacy, the more important was to guide and establish a correct attitude of science research, cultivate the positivism of research and innovation ability, and improve the students' overall quality. According to some experiences in the work of undergraduates guidance, strengthening undergraduates' experimental operation skill, practicing the capability to exercise independent subject completion, advocating research and innovation capacity-building, and investigate the training mode in pharmacy undergraduates internship were discussed in this paper.
