Abstract: To establish a HPLC fingerprint method for Semen Sojae Preparatumto quality control. Methods HPLC analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was used in gradient elution consisted of methanol-water(3% acetic acid),the flow rate was 1.0 ml /min, column temperature was 30℃ and UV detected was set at 261 nm,the sample weight:10 μl. Results The compound composition of different SSP origins was obviously comparable, which could be determined by HPLC fingerprint of the SSP. Conclusion This method could be utilized as a quality control measurement for SSP.
