Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of dermlin combined nursing care in treatment of superficial degree Ⅱ burn. Methods By simple randomization, the patients were assigned to the control group and the observed group(accepted the treatment of dermlin). The difference of the clinical efficacy, healing time and infection complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in the observed group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), the healing time and infection complications in the observed group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dermlin and nursing care had a good effect in treatment of superficial degree Ⅱ burn.
