Abstract: Objective To summarize the practice of pharmacy continuing education in recent years and gather experiences for improving teaching quality and teaching standard of the continuing education. Methods Adult learners' characteristic was analyzed and constructivism theory was applied to guild teaching design and teaching practice. Results By using new form and new structure of lessons, the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers and students, the teaching quality and effect were fully promoted. Conclusion The Application of constructivism theory to teaching process design for licensed pharmacist continuing education was effective.
