  • Objective To discuss the role of clinical thinking by clinical pharmacists in clinical practice. Methods With the aid of clinical thinking,a series of clinical practice including medical history collection, drugs use education treatment schemes,analysis, pharmaceutical care and adverse reaction analysis were carried out by clinical pharmacists. Results Clinical pharmacists got better opportunities in involving patients treatment, optimizing drug choice, which could help patients to improve compliance and safety consciousness of taking medicine. Conclusion It was important for Clinical thinking by clinical pharmacists to take part in clinical practice.
