Application of in situ gel in cancer therapy

  • In situ gel has shown special advantages in cancer therapy due to high local drug concentration and convenient administration, which made it be promising in future clinical application. In this paper, the application of in situ gel in different tumor types of breast cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer therapy were reviewed for the past 5 years, and the development of in situ gel were prospected.
