HPLC determination of ferulic acid in xinnao maishu oral liquid

Abstract: The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for determination of ferulic acid in xinnao Maishu Oral Liquid.Chromatographic conditions were:column,YWG-C18(4.0±150mm);mobile phase, methanol-water-acetic acid(33:66:1);flow rate,1.0ml/min;the UV wavelength used for detector was 320nm.The results proved that this method was rapid,accurate,sensitive,and reproducible. The good linear correlation was observed from the concentrations of 0.2μg/μl.0μg/μl(γ=0.9998),and the average recovery was 96.74%,with a relative standard deviation of 2.7%,The results of determination for 10 samples were satisfactory.
