Abstract:
Through the test of interfere to the process of agglutinate reaction with Injection Gentamycin Sulfate which have been forty times diluted.This experiment proved that there is no interference (not excessed ±2λ) to the sensitive of Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate for Endotoxin (Purogen) Detection (λ=05EU/ml). On the basis of this experiment.a new method can be established for pyrogen detection or applying to primary screening instead of the traditional rabbit test.This method may raise the efficiency and sensitivety of pyrogen test greatly.There will be particularly for drug production manufactured a important reference significance.

Abstract:
The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for determination of ferulic acid in xinnao Maishu Oral Liquid.Chromatographic conditions were:column,YWG-C18(4.0±150mm);mobile phase, methanol-water-acetic acid(33:66:1);flow rate,1.0ml/min;the UV wavelength used for detector was 320nm.The results proved that this method was rapid,accurate,sensitive,and reproducible. The good linear correlation was observed from the concentrations of 0.2μg/μl.0μg/μl(γ=0.9998),and the average recovery was 96.74%,with a relative standard deviation of 2.7%,The results of determination for 10 samples were satisfactory.

Abstract:
The article reported ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for quantitative determination of Danazol in suppository. In this method the average recovery and RSD is 99.8%and 0.62%,respectively. The result indicated that ultraviolet spectrophotometry can apply to quantitative determination of Danazol in suppository.

Abstract:
Serum levels of amikacin in 15 cases of healthy adult volunteers after intramuscular administration were determined by microbiological method (BA) and fluorescence polarization immunoassay method (FPIA).The result of all 104 serum samples showed that the serum levels of amikacin determined by FPIA method were significantly higher than those determined by the BA method(P<0.01)the linear relation between these two groups was as follow:Y=1.7755+0.9497×(r=0.9968).It suggested that monitoring the serum levet of amikacin by the two methods had no difference.

The method for the determination of Thyrotropin-Releasing Hormore in plasma by ion pair RP-HPLC was studied.(column:ODS:mobile phase:0.02mol/1.HAC-acetonitril-sodium 1-heptanesulfonate (89.85:10:0.15):flow rate:1.5ml/min detector:UV 220nm,0.1UFS.The average recovery was 101.69 ± 1.31%. The relation coefficient reached 0.9998.The method was simple and gave correct result and better reproducibility.

More than three hundred specimen of Cymbopogon Spreng were collected from China and about 1000 specimen from china and abroad were studied.The results of taxonomy studies have shown that there are 12 species in China with one-new-recorded species to China and two new species,namly'C. jinshaensis R. Zhang et C. H. Li.C. xichangensis R.Zhang et B. S.Sun,Morphorlogical studies of drug commodities gathered from china indicated that there are seven species to be used as medicines,namly C,distans (Nees ex Steud)Wats,C. tortilis (presl) A,camus,C,caesius (Nees ex Hook.) stapf,C,tongmaiensis L.Liou,C.citrhtus (DC.),C. Khasianus (Hack) Stapf and C,Jinshaensis R,Zhang et C,H.Li.
