Abstract: Twenty cases of protaglandin E1 suppository treatment against cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure and pulmonary hypertension were investigated. The reults show that TXB2 and PAmP were remarkably lower than those before the treatment(P<0.001), and 6-keto-PGF1a was significantly highter(P<0.001). Suggesting that prostaglandin E1 suppository is satisfactory during the treatment.
