Determination of sodium salt of 11-phosphate by TLC-UV spectrophotometry

  • Objective To determine the content of sodium salt of 11-phosphate. Methods Silybin and sodium salt of 11-phosphate were separated by TLC. The content of sodium salt of 11-phosphate in solution was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 288nm. Results The linear rang was 5~30μg/mL(r=0.9996).The recovery was 98.93%(n=5),RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion The method can eliminate the interference of silybin, the result was accurate.
