2004, (1): 1-4.
Abstract(2256) PDF (455KB)(2029)
Abstract:
Objective To introduce the types and main roles of oral hypoglycemic drugs, emphasizing on the action mechanism and developmental trends of insulin sensitizing agent. Methods Analyze the correlated literature at home and abroad. Simultantous determination of salicylic acid and ketoconzole in the Fukang balm by HPLC
SHENG Guo-rong, XIE Yong
2004, (1): 5-7.
Abstract(2203) PDF (377KB)(465)
Abstract:
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determine of salicylic acid and ketoconazole in the Fukang balm. Methods C18 column was adopted as stationary phase, solvent mixiure composed of acetonitrile-methanol-2% ammonium acetate (14:43:43) was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 235nm, the temperature of column was 30℃. Result Salicylic acid had a good linearity (r=0.9999) in the range of 0.5~2.5mg/mL, the mean recovery was 99.8%, and RSD=0.64%(n=9). Ketoconazole had a good linearity (r=0.9999) in the range of 0.5~2.5mg/mL, the mean recovery was 100.6%, and RSD=0.86%(n=9). Conclusion The above method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
Determination of sodium salt of 11-phosphate by TLC-UV spectrophotometry
KANG Huai-ping
2004, (1): 7-9.
Abstract(2501) PDF (337KB)(1242)
Abstract:
Objective To determine the content of sodium salt of 11-phosphate. Methods Silybin and sodium salt of 11-phosphate were separated by TLC. The content of sodium salt of 11-phosphate in solution was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 288nm. Results The linear rang was 5~30μg/mL(r=0.9996).The recovery was 98.93%(n=5),RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion The method can eliminate the interference of silybin, the result was accurate.
Stability study of fleroxacine injection and prediction of its expiry term
WANG Yan-ping, YAN Xiao-peng, XUE Wan-li, SHI Pei-hai
2004, (1): 9-10.
Abstract(2410) PDF (203KB)(571)
Abstract:
Objective To study statility of fleoxacin injection at room temperature as to predict its expiry term. Methods The content of fleroxacin injection was determined by UV spectrophotometry, the expiry term was predicted by initial average rate methods.Result The content of fleroxacine changed markedly and its color darkened when it was exposed to light. But it was stable when it was exposed to room temperature or high temperature.Expiry term predicted at room temperature is 1.5year.Conclusion Initial average rate method is convenient and rapid. The fleroxacin injection should be keep in a dark place.
Analysis of the sensitivity of antibacterial drugs to pathogenic bacteria in our hospital
CHEN Bang-yuan
2004, (1): 11-12.
Abstract(1795) PDF (126KB)(444)
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the state of bacteral resistance to drugs.MethodsThe amount of the drug sensitive test in our hospital in 2002 was added up.Results In the drug sensitive test,we found that the five preceding pathogenic bacteria in our hospital were Escherichia coli, Staphlococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Staphylococcus epidermidis.ConclusionThe drug sensitive test showed that resistance to drugs of antibacterial drugs exist extensively,so we should be reasonable use for the antibacterial drugs.

Preliminary clinical observation of DF-521 in treatment of sudden deafness
LAN Long-jiang, LIU Quan-rong
2004, (1): 14-15.
Abstract(2198) PDF (144KB)(1018)
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of application of DF-521 on sudden deafness. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients(130 ears) with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups(DF-521 group and control group), Beside intravenous adiministration of DF-521, another treatments in DF-521 group were the same as that in control group including 6% Dextran-40, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, TTFD,ATP,CoA and dexamethasone.Result The total efficacy of DF-521 group was 85.0% and total efficacy of control group(P<0.05) was 65.0%.Conclusion The application of DF-521 can significantly improve the effect of treatment on sudden deafness.

Study on BET in pentoxifylline glucose injection
HUANG Neng-ming, LI Ying-rui
2004, (1): 24-25.
Abstract(2829) PDF (275KB)(865)
Abstract:
Objective To study the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test(BET) for the pentoxifylline glucose injection. Methods The interference test was conducted with reference to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000ed) on BET.Results The tachypleus amebocyte lysate has no interfered by the pentoxifylline glucose injection diluted 2 times in the coagulate reaction, so it is valid to use the sensitivity of TAL 0.25EU/mL to test bacterial endotoxin. Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test(BET) can be used as quality control of the pentoxifylline glucose injection.
Determination of emodin in Jiangnianhuoxueyin by TLC-scanning
Chai Pei-hua
2004, (1): 26-28.
Abstract(2192) PDF (330KB)(627)
Abstract:
Objective To develop a method for determining the contents of emodin in Jiangnianhuoxueyin. Methods The emodin in Jiangnianhuoxueyin was determined by TLC-scanning.Results The average content of emodin in Jiangnianhuoxueyin's powder was 0.70mg/g.Conclusion This method can be used to control Jiangnianhuoxueyin's quality with the advantage of simplicity, rapidity, accuracy and reliability.

2004, (1): 28-30.
Abstract(2705) PDF (263KB)(968)
Abstract:
Objective To improve the quality standard of musk hemorrhoids ointment on the present basis. Methods The microscopical identification of pearl and TLC of artificial bezoar were carried out.The content of borneol was determined by GC.Result The average recovery was 101.7%.RSD was 0.92%.Conclusion The methods are simple, rapid, sensitive and good reproducibility. It is suggested that they be used for quality control of musk hemorrhoids ointment.
