  • Objective To evaluate the current situation of medicine advertisements and propose some countermeasures.Methods The medicine advertisements from January to April in one newspaper were gathered,grouped and evaluated by the method of social statistics according to the Drug Control Law of the People's Republic of China and Advertisement Law of the People's Republic of China.Result The problem of medicine advertisement is very serious, the main problem is lawless advertisement and falsehood advertisement.Conclusion The effective countermeasures should be taken through finding the reasons of advertising problem.
