Abstract

Objective To introduce the progress on synthesis and biological activity of 2-pyridyl ketone derivatives.Methods The information described in literature both at home and abroad was reviewed.Results and Conclusion Basedon the results of existedresearch,deep studyon the mechanism of action and the targets would further promote the development processof these conpounds.
