苦楝皮的化学成分研究

摘要: 目的 研究驱虫药苦楝皮的化学成分。 方法 利用各种色谱方法对苦楝皮中的化学成分进行分离和纯化,并通过IR、MS、NMR等技术鉴定所得化合物的结构。 结果 苦楝皮中得到5个化合物,经鉴定为苦楝萜醇内酯(kulolactone,1)、苦楝萜酸甲酯(methyl kulonate,2)、salanin(3)、1-tigloyltrichilinin(4)及β-谷甾醇(5)。 结论 化合物4为一个新的柠檬苦素类化合物,命名为1-tigloyltrichilinin。Abstract: Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cortex Meliae. Methods Chromatographic techniques were employed to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of Cortex Meliae. Structures of the chemical constituents were elucidated by methods of IR, MS and NMR. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as kulolactone (1), methyl kulonate (2), salanin (3), 1-tigloyltrichilinin (4) and β-sitosterol (5), respectively. Conclusion Compound 4 was a new limonoid and named as 1-tigloyltrichilinin.
