摘要:
用反相HPLC法测定普鲁卡因和利多卡因的含量,并以外标法进行定量分析,采用238nm波长检测,Nova-ParC18柱,3.9×150mm,流动相甲醇-水-丁胺-冰醋酸(600:400:1.2:1V/F)。其中普鲁卡因的回收率99.76%,RSD0.530%。利多卡因回收率99.44%,RSD0.502%。其方法快速、准确、灵敏,样品处理简便易行。
Abstract:
Procaine and Lidocaine in mixture were separated and simulboeously assayed by Reverse - phase HPLC, using Nova - pack C18 colum, 3.9 × 150min, a mixture of methyl alcohol, water, butylamine, acetic acide(600:400: 1. 2: 1 v/v) as mobile phase, external standard and 238um detector. The average recovery of 99.76% (RSD = 0.530% ), n = 3 for Lidocaine, 99. 44% (RSD 0.502% ) for procaine. The method is simple, rapid and acurate. The components have good liner relation and respative.
