回滴法分析制剂中利凡诺尔的含量

摘要: 目的 建立一种用容量法测定利凡诺尔含量的方法。方法 以回滴法为主要步骤,用回归法确定其可靠性,并测定5个批次样本含量的标示量。结果 回归确认线性关系成立,回归方程为V=10.01-1.386×10-2C,r =0.9996,测定各批次样品的含量均在合格范围以内,平均回收率100.13%,RSD=1.78%(n =5)。结论 该方法操作简单,实用可靠,可用于利凡诺尔制剂的质量控制。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determination the content of rivanol by Volume-analysis.METHODSThe method of back-dropping was used as main step.The reliability of the Volume-analysis by regression analysis and the label content of samples were measured.RESULTS The liner-regression was good and t he reg ression equation was V=10.01-1.386×10-2C,r=0.9996 The five batch samples were qualified contents.The average of recovery was 100.13%and RSD=1.78%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable,which can be used to the quality control of rivanol in preparation.
