摘要: 目的 建立HPLC法分离测定水杨酸苯酚洗荆中水杨酸和苯酚的含量.方法 色谱柱为Shim-pack CLC-CN柱,柱温:40℃,流动相为甲醇-水(28:72),以冰醋酸调节pH至5.0;检测波长为277nm.结果 水杨酸和苯酚的线性范围分别为10.0-500.0μg/mL(r=0.999 9)和10.0-200.0μg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为100.9%和100.8%.结论 本方法简便、准确,可用于水杨酸苯酚洗剂的质量控制.Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid and phenol in salicylic acid and phenol lotion.Methods Shim-pack CLC-CN column was used, and the column temperature was maintained at 40℃.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water(28 : 72), and adjusted to pH 5.0 by glacial acetic acid.The flow rate was 0.9mL/min.The detection wavelength was 277nm.Results The linear range of standard curve of salicylic acid and phenol were between 10.0-500.0 μg/ mL(r=0.999 9) and between 10.0-200.0μg/mL(r= 0.999 9), respectively.The average recovery was 100.9% and 100.8%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate.It can be used for the quality control of salicylic acid and phenol lotion.
