Role of cyclooxygenases in radiation enteropathy

  • 摘要: 胃肠道对辐射高度敏感;防治辐射所致的胃肠道组织损伤一直是放射生物学领域探究的热点。以往研究表明,环氧酶对辐射引起的肠组织损伤有重要的保护作用。笔者就环氧酶在辐射所致肠道损伤中的作用及其机制做一综述。

摘要: 胃肠道对辐射高度敏感;防治辐射所致的胃肠道组织损伤一直是放射生物学领域探究的热点。以往研究表明,环氧酶对辐射引起的肠组织损伤有重要的保护作用。笔者就环氧酶在辐射所致肠道损伤中的作用及其机制做一综述。
