Abstract:
The dissolution rates of nimodipine table form three domestic pharmaceutical facto ries and abroad were determined with UV spectrophotomety. 30% alcohol solution was used as dissolvent.Data of experiments were conducted by computer and the parameters of dissolution rate(τ、t0、m、T50、Td、T90)were treated with analysis of variance. The disolution rates of nimodip ine table for these 4 factories differed each other significantly(P<0.01). The result shows that the dissolution rates of nimodipine table form domestic pharmaceutical factories are not lower that from abroad.

Abstract:
This article systematically introduced the appearance, development, radical principle and methods of column-switching HPLC technique. A review on this technique being applicated to analysing complex biological and non-biological samples was presented. Trend of its being combined with other techniques in future was discussed.

Abstract:
Based on the additivity of absorbances, a turnover curve spectrophotometry was used for the determimation of salicylic acid and phenol in tinctura antipruritic in the range of wavelengths from 255nm. The method was simple and reliable.

Abstract:
The Content of the Diethylcarbamazine tablet was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The detecting wavelength was 211 nm, there was a good linear correlation in the range of 15~31μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.42% with RSD of 0.61%(n=8). The results showed that the method was simple, stable and saving agents, there was no statistical difference between the results measured by the nonaqueous titration in Chinese Pharmacopea(1990)and by UV(P>0.05).
