Abstract:
Fifty Patients with acute cerebral infarcte were treated with vasobral 4ml PO.bid×20d, adjuvant 5% glucose injection in Coenzyme A100u, ivgtt, qd×20d, 1~2 to serve as a control.Another thirty patients received dextran 20500ml ivgtt qd×15d, 1~2 to serve as control.Results showed that the total response rate of the treated group was 96% with symptoms improved obviously and decrement of hemorheologic indices.The total response rate of the control group was 66.7%.

We studied the method of preparation and quality control of compound ofloxacin nasal drop.The determination of ofloxacin and ephedrine hydrochloride in nasal drops was established by ultraviolet spectropho-tometry at the wavelength 293nm and by acid-alkalic titration,The stability of compound ofloxacin nasal drops were tested.The therapetic results showed the reliable curative effect and safety.

The paper reports the direct determination of ketoconazole in compound ketoconazole cintment by second derivative spectrophotometry.The result shows that this method is simple, aceurate and reproducible.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 16 to 48μg/ml, r =0.9994, RSD = 0.65%.
