薄层扫描法测定逍遥丸中阿魏酸的含量

摘要: 目的 建立薄层扫描法测定逍遥丸中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 固定相为硅胶G,流动相为苯-氯仿-冰醋酸(6:5:1),检测波长为365nm,参比波长为322nm.结果 阿魏酸在 0.4~2.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为3.71%.结论 本方法准确可靠,可用于测定逍遥丸中阿魏酸的含量。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method of thin layer chromatographic scanning to determine the content of ferulic acid in Xiao-yao-wan.METHODS Silica G thin layer was used,and the mobile phase consisted of benzene-chloroform-glacial acetic acid(6:5:1)with the detection wave length of 365nm and the control wave length of 322nm.RESULTS The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.4~2.0μg.The mean recovery was 98.4%(n=5)with RSD of 3.71%.CONCLUSION This menhod is accurate,reliable and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Xiao-yao-wan.
