Abstract:
The compound Lincomycin Hydrochloride Gel is a transparent hydrophilic gel of carbomer 940,which consist of Lincomycin Hydrochloride and FGF.It is used topically to treat ulcer and the inflammation of the skin.We reported the preformulation, method of preparation, quantitative determination and the standard for quality of the gel in this paper. The Lincomycin Hydrochloride in the gel were analysed by microbiological methods without special equipments. These methods are simple.

The effects of azone on the percutaneous absorptiom of diclofenac sodium
Fu Fenghua, Li Zhihuai, Li Xiaohong
1996, (3): 160-162.
Abstract:
In oder to decrease the side effects of diclofenac sodium(Voltaren)the liniment and oirttment containing it were prepared. The rat dorsal percutaneous absorption of voltaren was obsered bv transdermal model in vitro. The results showed that the azone could increase the absorption of voltaren. The suitable concentration of azone was 1% in liniment. In ointment azone could not incresae the absorption of voltaren.

Li Jian, Lu Huichun, Liu Lili
1996, (3): 166-169.
Abstract:
Stabilily of fluconazole combined with cefazolin sodium under different temperature or acid-base environment is investigated by convolution spectrometry in the form of a quantitative norm(difference between convolution spectra).
Quantitative determination of diamicaron tablet by UV-spectrophotometry
Yan Ali, Yuan Jinying, Shi Lifu, Yuan Yongfang
1996, (3): 169-170.
Abstract:
Diamicron tablet was quantitatively determined by UV-Spectrophotometry.The result showed the method was simple, accurate and reproducible. The calibration curve was linear in the range 5.018-25.09ug/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.81%,RSD=1.90%.

1996, (3): 171-173.
Abstract:
This paper reports the results of the TLC identification of Radix Puerariae,Rmzoma Corydalis and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in the Guanshu Tablets. The method is simple and specific. It can be the quality criterion of this preparation.

Determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the absorbable gelatin tape
Tang Lirao, Cao Yongbing, Mi Heming, Zheng Dijun, Song Hongtao
1996, (3): 175-179.
Abstract:
This paper reported the quanitative determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the absorbable gelatin tape by UV-spectrophotometry. The results showed that this method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The standard curve is linear in the concentration range of 1~10 μg/ml and correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The average recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD)are 100.27%and 0.42%,respectively.
