Abstract:
Toxity of Shangsukang solution were researched, the result showed that the solution hadn't led to toxity or affergy effect, and the data showed that the solution had no irritation to rabbits'eyes also.Having ho fed for 80 days, the solution had no untowald effect to mice, so we concluded the solution is a safe drug in curing the patients.

Abstract:
The disolubility of the amoxicillin capsules and tablets from six factories were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometic in vitro.The results showed that there were no significant difference in disolubility of accumulate for 45min by analysis of varoamce,but there were sinificant difference between capsules and tablets.The beginning rate was F>E>D>A>B>C factory.

Abstract:
To determine the content of sodium,kalium, magnesium and calcium in liquor of cardioplegia by HPLC-IPD method.METHOD: The chromatographic system consisted of Soherisorb SCX column and mobile phase of the solution of 0.35 mmol/L cerium sulphate in water-acetonitrile(85:15), that were regulated to pH 3.2~3.4 with phosphoric acid.Ceritnn was a balance-ion in mobile phase, therefore the content of sodium, kalium, magnesium and calcium were determined directly by photometer.The detected wave length was UV254 um.RESULTS:The mean recovery of 4 ion were between in 97~104% and deteCtion limits of sodium,kalium,magnesium and calcium were 5, 8, 5 and 4 ng.There was noremarkable betWeen in this HPLC-IPD method and titrative method.CONCLUSION: The method is constant, sensitive, have a concentration and is good for determination of sodium, kalium, magnesium and calcium concentration.

A dual wavelength TLC-scanning method was successfully ed without seperation for the determination of berberine in ku zhi injection.The wavelength of determination was 340nm,the average recovery was 99.4%, RSD was 1.2% (n=6).The method is simple, rapid and accurate.

This paper repored the determination of diphenhydrmine hydrochloride syrup by the convolution cure method and without prior separation.The results showed that this method was simple,rapid,and accurate.It suits to quality control and rapid analysis of the product.The average recovery rates and RSD of diphenhydrmine hydrochloride were as follows:100.00%,0.08%.

The study was based on a survey of 400 randomly Selected Patients dischalged from the General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Command during January, 1994 to December, 1995.Five drugs were covered:anti-arrhythmic agents, β-adrenergic blocking agents, calcium channel blockers, nitrates, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI).The methods of Definite Deily Dosage(DDD) recommended by WHO and Drug Utilization Index (DUI)by prof.Ghodse were employed.The results showed that: 1) the Cardiovascular drugs were used in 166 out of 400cases, accounting for 41.5%;2) the five classes involved 14 kinds of Cardiovascular drugs.A-mong the 14 kinds of drugs, the drugs frequently ed included isosorbide dinitrate(56),nifedipine(53),nimodipine(50),captopril(28),propranolol(21)and isosorbide mononitrate(19);3)the utilization of the 5 classes cardiovascular drugs was related to the ages of the the patients;4)the DUIof 8 in 1994 were less than 1.0; In 1995 the DUI of 7 were less than 1.0 and DUI of 2 kinds of drugs was basically rational.
