Problem and tactics of export of traditional Chinese madicine
Xu Aijun, Zhao Wanzhou, Shen Junlong
1998, (5): 257-260.
Abstract:
Export of tranditional Chinese medicine has the following problems, market portion is low, product structure is not rational, the market is narrow and product quality is pool. The reasons are analyzed. The tactics are put forward: strengthen the quality management. capital capital recomposed, follwing the way of scope economy, devote major efforts to popularizing agent system. improve the product structure and promote the market structure to be rational. strengthen the research of modemization of tranditional chinese medicine.
Effect of sustained-release nifedipine tablets on circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients
Liu Wei, Guo Wei, Zhang Liming, Zhao Zhichun, Su Dingfeng
1998, (5): 261-262.
Abstract:
The 24-hour blood pressure monitoring method was used to observe the effect of sustained-release nifedipine tablets on circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The result showed that nocturnal blood pressure of non-dipper hypertension patients who had taken sustained release nifedipine tablets was decreased significantly, while normal nifedipine tablets had no this effect. We drew the conclusion that sustained-release nifedipine was able to improve the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Study on enhancement methods of drug percutaneous absorption
Li Xianfeng, Wang Chunsheng
1998, (5): 285-289.
Abstract:
The study on percutaneous absorption preparations, especially transdermal therapeutic systems is one of the important topics on medications. Researching for enhancement methods of drug percutaneous absorption is one of the keys of TTS. This paper is a synthetic discussion about enhancement methods of drug percutaneous absorption, involving physic and chemical methods.

Effect of azone on the permeability of acyclorior cream thought rabbit skin in vitro
Chen Jun, He Fengci
1998, (5): 292-293,316.
Abstract:
To investigate the effect of the different concertration of azone on the acyclovir(ACV)cream, in order to optimize the formulation. We determined the transdermal amount of the ACV and steady-state-rate of penetration in vitro, using the improved-Frenz cell and excised rabbit skin as transdermal barrier in permeation test. The result indicated transdermal absorption of ACV followed zeroorder kinetics, and the penetration enhance effect of Azone was independent with the concertration. The ACV cream containing 2% Azone showed remarkable effect to enhance the transdermal delivery amount of ACV.
Determination the content of carboplatin injection and stability tast
Liu Fang, Chen Ying, Wang Feizhen, Shen Wenzhao
1998, (5): 294-296.
Abstract:
A RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of carboplation injection has been developed by using YWG-C18 column, using pure water as mobile phase and deteced at 210nm. The uridine was used as internal standard. Under these condition, the retention of carboplatin and uridine was 6.5 and 10.5 minture, respectively (R > 1 .5). The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The within-day and between-day precisions were 2. 35% (n = 5) and 3. 56% (n = 5) respectively. The stability test showed the carboplatin injection store at room tempoerature (< 40℃) and store in refrigerator(4℃-10℃)for two years, and kept away from light, the contents of carboplatin injection were not significantly changed.
Determination of paracetamol in human serum by HPLC
Chen Jian, Fang Weijun, Zhang Dengling, Ding Zongzheng, Chen Rui
1998, (5): 296-298.
Abstract:
An assay for paracetamol in human serum was developed using reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatographic with UV detection at 244nm. Analytial column of YWG C18 is used. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol: acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution: diethylamine (20:80:0.5)at the flow rate of 1.5ml/min. Theophylline is used as internal standard. Methanol is used for the sedimentation of protein. And minimum detective concentaion 0.05μg/ml. The standard curve is linear in the rang of 0.25~25μg/ml,the correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The method is suitable for the determination of human serum paracetamol and pharmacokinetic reserches.
Assay of oleanolic acid in Aralia dasyphylla Miq
Bao Bolin
1998, (5): 299-300.
Abstract:
UV spectrophotometry is used to detect dynamic assay of oleanolic acid in root cortex, stem bark and leaf of Aralia dasyphylla Miq., which reveals the dynamic accumulation priciple of oleanolic acid in the plant, and shows that the species is a high content oleanolic acid resource plant.
