Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To prepare and establish quality standards of cefoperazone ointment. METHODS UV-spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of cefoperazone ointment. RESULTS The absorbance at 298nm showed a linear relationship in range of 0.8~4.8ug·mL-1, with mean recovery of 99.3%, RSD of 0.32%. CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate, simple, rapid and can be used to determine the content of cefoperazone ointment.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Without any separation, simultaneous determination of four main components in the compound children's phenobarbital tablet. METHODS Based on convolution spectrometry with the excellent cacu-lation method-PLS method used convolution spectrometry of computer information process technology. RESULTS Components of compound children's phenobarbital tablet are aspirin, phenacetin, caffine and phenobarbital. Their average recoveries and RSD were 99.75,0.92%;100.47,0.56%;99.82,1.12%;100.08,0.86%. CONCLUSION The method is used for qualitative control of compound children's phenobarbital tablet.

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of baicalin in Xiaoyan granules. METHODS Re verse-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. A C18 column(250mmX 4. 6mm,5um)with mobile phase of MeOH:0. 2%phosphat(60:40)was used. The detection wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS:The mean recoveries were 100.64%(RSD-1.69%). CONCLUSION The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics behavior of puerarin, isoflavones and its Products in human body, make the determination of puerarin and isoflavones in Radix Puerariae. METHODS Carry out the determination by HPLC. The chromatographic condition: the flow rate was 1mL·min-1. The temperature of the column was 20C:the detection wavelength was at 250nm. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(25:75). RESULTS R = 6.56 RSD <5.02%. The average recoveries:(100.9 + 0.5)%, Linear range is 0.0295~0.708μg·mL-1 for puerarin and isoflavones in human plasma. CONCLUSIONS Pharmacokinetics of Puerarin and isoflavones in human plasma could be determined by HPLC, supplying the method for examining isoflavones in Radix Puerariae in human body.

OBJECTIVE To study dissolution speciality of active substance of ultramicro-powder in Lamio-phlomis Rotata. METHODS Ultramicro-pulverization was applied to Lamiophlomis Rotata, to investigate dissolution speciality of active substance by TLC, gravimetric method and spectrophotometry. RESULTS:To be compared with coarse powder and fine powder, the active substance of ultramicro-powder can be extracted more efficiently. CONCLUSION Ultramicro-pulverization was applied to Lamiophlomis Rotata, the active substance could be extracted faster, accordingly the extraction of Chinese herbal medicinel can be predigest.
