Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the inspection method of endotoxin in cerebrolysin injection. METHODS The experiment is implemented according to the request of endotoxin inspection method colledted in China Pharmacopeia(Ⅱ, 2000Ed).RESULTS The experiment showed that the interference elements can be excluded by diluting cerebrolysin injection 30 times, and it is effective that endotoxin can be tested by amebocyte lysate with accuracy of 0.5EU·mL-1.CONCLUSION For daily pyrogon test of cerebrolysin injection,enotoxin inspection method can be used instead of domestic rabbit method.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the effect on rabbit dermatophytosis infect model caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes of turmeric volatile oil lotion. METHODS The rabbit dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes were used as infect model,and bifonazole as control group,the pharmacodynamics experiment of turmerit volatile oil lotion were carried out. RESULTS The turnieric volatile oil lotion had effect on the dermatophytosis infection caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes,and there was not significance compared with the control group. The total effective rate was 87.5%.CONCLUSION The turmeric volatile oil lotion has good curative effect against the epiphyte on the safe side and can be used in clinical study.

METHODS Detected at 250nm, with baseline wavelength 1 at 271nm and baseline wavelength 2 at 301nm.301 nm. RESULTS:Within 6-30μg·mL-1,DHA had a good linearity(r =0.99992,n=10).The average recoverty was 101.7%, with the RSD of 0.66%(n=9).CONCLUSION Tri-wavelength spectrophotosmetry can directly detected without the disturbance of trimethoprim and piperaquine phosphate,this method was simple,rapid,accurate.

OBJECTIVE To measuring the content of erythromycin in compound erythromycin alcoholic solution. METHODS Colorimetric and polarimetric analysis were used. RESULTS: The average recoveries of two methods were 99.27%,RSD=0.48% and 99.45%,RSD=0.84% respectively. CONCLUSIONS The two methods were simple and exact. The colorimetric analysis is more sensitive and exact compared with the polarimetry analysis.

METHODS To collect respectively the data on distribution of injury sorts in Tangshan earthquake and on drugs consume of curing the similar sorts in certain third level hospital. Then to analyze their relation quantitatively. RESULTS Primary drugs of curing earthquake casualty are analgesics,anti-infective,hemostatics water and electrolytes. Demands of drugs increase with the severity of injury. CONCLUSION The results of this study may be regards as reference of drugs readying and supply in the earthquake disaster.
