信号转导和转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)是一种信号转录蛋白[1]。该蛋白在结构上主要有N末端、卷曲螺旋、DNA接合、连结、SH2和转录激活区域6个位置域[2]。现有的研究结果表明,STAT3抑制剂可靶向作用于STAT3蛋白的不同结构区域,抑制其在细胞中的表达,为抗炎、抗癌治疗提供思路[3-4]。

摘要: 信号转导及转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)是一种信号转录蛋白。STAT3的异常激活与细胞的增殖、分化、癌变等密切相关,其在乳腺癌、胰腺癌、淋巴癌、肺癌等癌干细胞中存在异常表达。因此,抑制STAT3的异常表达已成为抗炎免疫、抗肿瘤治疗的一种新思路。Abstract: Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is a signal transcription protein that exists in the cytoplasm. The abnormal activation of STAT3 is closely related to cell proliferation, differentiation, and canceration. It has abnormal expression in cancer stem cells such as breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, lymphoma, and lung cancer. Therefore, inhibiting the abnormal expression of STAT3 has become a new approach for antitumor therapy.
