Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect and safety of 0.1% adapalene gel in the treatment for patients with acne vulgaris.METHODS 160 patients with acne vulgaris topically applied 0.1% adapalene gel (80cases) and 0.025% tretinoin gel (80 cases), respectively. The efficacy was evaluated according to the reductive proportion of inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions before and after the treatment.RESULTS No significant difference was detected between two treatment groups in the rate of cure, marked improvement and total efficacy rate. The incidence rate of adverse reaction in 0.1%adapalene gel group was much lower than in 0.025% tretinoin gel group. CONCLUSION 0.1% adapalent gel was an effective and safe drug of topical treatment for patients with acne vulgaris.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of granisetron with two kinds of anticancer drugs(pharmorubicin,doxorubicin)in 0.9% NaCl solution.METHODS Absorption ratioes of compatible content of granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin were investigatal by ultrariolet spectrophotometry,and the pH,new substemces formed were determined by TLC.RESULTS There were no evident changes in appearance,pH and spectrum at room temperature 25℃ within 0~8 hours. There was no new substances formed by TLC.CONCLUSION Granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin in 0.9%NaCl can be used.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To prepare a liposome hydrogel of diclofenac sodium(DCS) and evaluate it. METHODS The DCS liposomes were prepared by the conventional thin film hydration method at first, to which the carbopol was added as a support base for preparation of the hydrogel of DCS. An one-order derivative UV spectrophotometry was established to evaluate the DCS in hydrogel.RESULTS The average recoveries of three samples were (101.1±0.86)%,(99.90±1.04)%和(100.5±0.91)%, respectively and the average encapsulation efficiency of liposomes is 43.6% after separated by gel minicolumn. The particle sizes of liposomes were determined by a coulter counter and d50 was 1.37μm. In stability of test, the hydrogel was stored for 0.5, 1, 3 or 6 months at 4℃ or at room temperature, and the encapsulated efficiency of liposomes was decreased by 4.4% or 6.8% respectively after six months.CONCLUTION:It is feasible to prepare a liposome hydrogel of DCS after an initial evaluation.
The study on the stability of compatibility of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection with five drugs respectively

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To inspect the stability of compatibility of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection with cefazolin sodium for injection,cefoperazone sodium for injection,piperacillin sodium for injection and vitamin C plus dexamethason sodium phosphate injection, respectively.METHODS The spectrophotometry was used to measure the ongoing change of the content of zedoary turmeric oil after compatibility.The HPLC was used to measure the ongoing change of content of cefazolin sodium,cefoperazone sodium and piperacillin sodium after compatibility.RESULTS According to the compatibility modeling on clinical concentration,in the case of compatibility of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection with cefoperazone,more than 30% of zedoary turmeric oil decomposed,so it is unstable compatibility.The rest three compatibilities are relatively stable.There is no obvious ongoing change in appearnce,pH and content.CONCLUSION The compatibility of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection with cefoperazone sodium is unsuitable.The rest four drugs compatibilities are feasible and can be applied in the intravenous drip.

OBJECTIVE Through 90 analysing results of TDM in our hospital in 2000, qualification rates were counted in order to give some reference for other hospitals METHODS Monitoring results of aminophylline and digoxin et al in our hospital were counted by percentages and average concentrations RESULTS The percentage of aminophylline in normal range was 25.0%, as that of digoxin was 50%. CONCLUSION The percentages of TDM results which were not in normal range were bigger in our hospital.
