Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of homoharringtonine with two kinds of stoping vomit drugs(granisetron,ondansetron)in 0.9% NaCl solution.METHODS The compatible content was investigated in 8 hour after mixed of homohrringtonine with above-mentioned two kind of stoping vomit drugs by ultrariolet spectrophotometry.At the same time,the pH and TLC were determined.RESULTS There were no evident changes in appearance,pH and spectrum at room temperature 25℃ within 0~8 hours. There were no new substances formed by TLC.CONCLUSIONS Homoharringtonine with grarinsetron,ondansetron in 0.9% NaCl can be used.

OBJECTIVE To prepare fluconazole sustained release tablets for the use of vagina.METHODS The release rate was used to evaluate the formulation of the core tablet by orthogonal design. The tableting pressure and rate of dissolution rotation paddle were investigated for the effect on the sustained tablet.RESULTS FCZ 50mg,Carbopol 100mg,MCC 150mg,HPMC 90mg and starch 210mg would produce desirable sustained tablet.CONCLUSION Fluconazole sustained release tablets can be prepared for mycotic infection in vagina.

OBJECTIVE To optimize the chromatographic conditions in determining the adenosine phosphate in cardiac muscle samples.METHODS Fixing other conditions than the composition and ratio of the mobile phase,estimate the optimum according to the separation results.RESULTS The local optimal mobile phase is composed of methanol,distilled water(2:98) and 0.15mol/L sodium dihydrophophate.CONCLUSIONS The conditions help to an accurate,fast and inexpensive analysis of the adenosine phosphates.

To establish a method for determination of three constituents in Gaoyuankang capasules.METHODS A hypersil ODS column with a mobile phase composed of methol-phosphate buffer sulotion(55:45) was used.The detection wavelength was 240nm.RESULTS The linear response range was as follows aminophylline 60~140μg·ml-1(r=0.9995),dexamethasone sodium phosphate 4.8~11.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9993),diazepam 16.8~39.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9998),The recoveries of aminophylline,dexamethasone sodium phosphate,diazepam were 99.3%,99.4%,100.5%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid and accurate.

RESULTS Within 6.24~31.20μg/ml, TMP had a good linearity (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.9%, with the RSD of 0.24%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used both as the determination of content and the determination of dissolve.

OBJECTIVE To detect the purity of synthetic ferulic acid.METHODS The synthetic acid was determined by HPLC.A 250mm×4.6mm,C18 Nova-pak column with mobile phase MeOH:H2O(1:1) was used and detected at 254nm.RESULTS The peak area of synthetic ferulic acid had a linear relation with injection mass in range of 0.24~2.0μg,and purity of synthetic product was 99.4%.CONCLUSIONS HPLC was a simple,fast and accurate method for synthetic ferulic acid analysis.

Reichb.f.METHODS The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel,and sephadex LH-20,and identified by spectrum,and physical data.RESULTS Four compounds were identified as:β-sitosterol(1),dancosterol (2),syrindaresinol(3),caffeic acid(4),CONCLUSIONS Compounds 2,3,were isolated from this plant for the first time.
